LivePoll is a free tool for creating and running live polls. By using it, you agree to the following.
Acceptable use
Don't use LivePoll to collect unlawful content, harass others, or attempt to disrupt the service (including automated abuse of poll creation or voting). We may remove polls or restrict access that we reasonably believe breaks these terms.
Your content
You're responsible for the questions, answers, and responses you submit. Poll content is visible to anyone with the poll link or join code, so don't include anything you don't want shared.
Anonymous by design
Polls don't require accounts. Because poll management relies on a private link and cookie rather than a login, keep your management link private, since anyone with it can control your poll.
No warranty
LivePoll is provided as-is, without guarantees of uptime or availability. Don't rely on it for anything where an interruption would cause serious harm.

These terms may be updated from time to time as the product evolves.
